1. ข้อห้ามการล่วงละเมิดและแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็ก
Aidly Buddy ห้ามการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศและการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็ก (CSAE) ทุกรูปแบบ เด็กหมายถึงบุคคลที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ข้อห้ามนี้ใช้กับบัญชี โปรไฟล์ รูปภาพ โพสต์ รีวิว แชต การจอง และการติดต่อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ ห้ามสร้าง อัปโหลด ครอบครองเพื่อเผยแพร่ ส่งต่อ ซื้อขาย หรือเชื่อมโยงไปยังสื่อการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก (CSAM) รวมถึงเนื้อหาดังกล่าวที่สร้างหรือดัดแปลงด้วย AI
Prohibition of child sexual abuse and exploitation
Aidly Buddy prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). A child is anyone under 18. These standards apply to accounts, profiles, images, posts, reviews, chats, bookings and service-related interactions. Creating, uploading, possessing for distribution, sharing, trading or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated or manipulated material, is prohibited.
2. พฤติกรรมที่ห้าม
ห้ามการตีสนิทเพื่อล่อลวงเด็กทางเพศ (grooming) การขอภาพหรือข้อความทางเพศจากเด็ก การข่มขู่หรือแบล็กเมลทางเพศ การเสนอเงิน ของขวัญ หรืองานเพื่อแลกกับกิจกรรมทางเพศกับเด็ก การค้ามนุษย์เพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศ และการสนับสนุนหรืออำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดพฤติกรรมเหล่านี้ ห้ามใช้บริการดูแลหรือการนัดหมายเป็นช่องทางเข้าถึงเด็กเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว
Prohibited conduct
Sexual grooming, requesting sexual images or messages from children, sexual coercion or blackmail, offering money, gifts or work in exchange for sexual activity with children, sex trafficking, and promoting or facilitating such conduct are prohibited. Care services and appointments must never be used to gain access to children for these purposes.
3. วิธีแจ้งเหตุ
แจ้งข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยเด็กที่ s.cainnawat@gmail.com โดยใช้หัวข้อ “Child Safety / ความปลอดภัยเด็ก — Aidly Buddy” ระบุรหัสบัญชี โพสต์ แชต หรือการจองที่เกี่ยวข้อง วันที่และเวลา และคำอธิบายสั้น ๆ เท่าที่ทราบ ไม่ต้องแนบ ดาวน์โหลด บันทึก หรือส่งต่อสื่อ CSAM เพื่อแจ้งเหตุ และไม่ต้องส่งรหัสผ่านหรือ OTP หากเด็กอยู่ในอันตรายทันที ให้ติดต่อหน่วยงานฉุกเฉินหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่โดยตรง
How to report a concern
Report child safety concerns to s.cainnawat@gmail.com with the subject “Child Safety — Aidly Buddy”. Include relevant account, post, chat or booking identifiers, dates and times, and a brief description where available. Do not attach, download, save or forward CSAM to make a report. Never send passwords or OTPs. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or authorities directly.
4. การตรวจสอบและการดำเนินการ
เมื่อได้รับแจ้งหรือทราบเหตุที่อาจละเมิดมาตรฐานนี้ ผู้รับผิดชอบจะตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่จำเป็น ดำเนินการลบหรือจำกัดการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาที่ละเมิด และระงับหรือยุติบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกรณี โดยจำกัดการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้แจ้งและเด็กเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการตรวจสอบและหน้าที่ทางกฎหมาย เราจะเก็บรักษาหลักฐานเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรืออนุญาต และรายงานเหตุ CSAM ที่ยืนยันแล้วต่อหน่วยงานระดับภูมิภาคหรือระดับประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ รวมถึงให้ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกระบวนการที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
Review and enforcement
When a report or other information indicates a possible violation, the responsible team will review the necessary information, remove or restrict access to violating content, and suspend or terminate relevant accounts as appropriate. Access to reporter and child information is limited to what is necessary for review and legal obligations. We will preserve evidence as required or permitted by law, report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional or national authority in accordance with applicable law, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
