Delete your account and associated data

Request deletion of your Aidly Buddy account and related personal data here without signing in or reinstalling the app. The service operator is Aidly Buddy.

This opens your email app; you must send the message there yourself. If it does not open, email s.cainnawat@gmail.com

How to request deletion

1. Send your request from your account email and include your display name or user ID if known. A reason is optional.
2. Our team verifies account ownership before processing. If you cannot access the original email, ask for an alternative verification method. Do not include passwords, OTPs or identity documents in your initial request.
3. Our team will communicate request status and any records that must be retained. Clicking the button or opening an email does not immediately delete your account.

Data covered by the request

Your account, personal and work profiles, profile/cover/portfolio images, posts and shared locations, likes and saved items, messages, reviews, booking history, notification tokens and other linked personal data that is not required for legal, security or dispute-related purposes.

Waiting period and retained records

In-app requests have a 30-day waiting period. You may request cancellation while processing remains incomplete, subject to request status. For email requests, our team confirms processing dates and status. Records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes may be retained as necessary. Data is not all deleted immediately or under a single retention period. Backups follow system management cycles; copies saved independently by other users are outside our control.

Request from the app

Go to Profile > additional menu > Delete account. To keep a copy of your information, use Export my data before submitting your request.
